Industrial Safety
Industrial safety at AUSMAH focuses on ensuring safe working conditions in accident-prone areas and minimizing exposure to health hazards, an especially important priority across the company’s oil and gas equipment operations.
Disaster response and mitigation also form part of the company’s broader approach to industrial safety.
Safety personnel at AUSMAH receive their training through a specialized training provider. The company regularly carries out fire safety exercises to reduce the risk of emergencies and limit potential damage, and every employee is expected to be prepared for unforeseen incidents as a result.
Training takes place at specialized centers in line with established standards, and these same centers also handle professional retraining for staff. Additional employee training is carried out at the company’s training center, including retraining for electrical specialists. These sessions cover the operating conditions of all relevant equipment and systems, including equipment used in oil and gas production.
Employees are also introduced to the requirements for setting up electrical installations, fire safety rules and personal protective measures, and they receive training in first aid.
Upon completing the training, employees receive a certificate. Depending on their area of specialization, the certificate carries a specific designation, for example when the work involves height-related tasks, electrical installations, or oil and gas industrial equipment.
