Until fairly recently, the concept of “personnel management” as it exists today simply didn’t exist. There were only HR departments, which used to handle all organizational activities related to staff on their own. Today, that original function has become just one small part of AUSMAH’s much larger human resources division. This broader department now covers recruitment, training and certification, motivation programs, and oversight of workplace discipline and adherence to the company’s code of ethics. No company can exist without its people, and this understanding sits at the heart of how AUSMAH approaches its workforce.
