AUSMAH Signs Agreement to Diversify Rare Earth Component Sourcing

AUSMAH announced a new sourcing agreement aimed at diversifying its supply of components that rely on rare earth materials, reducing its exposure to single-country supply disruptions.

The agreement involves multiple suppliers across different regions, part of a broader effort within the company to build redundancy into critical parts of its manufacturing supply chain. Company representatives said the move follows lessons learned from recent industry-wide material shortages.

“Relying on one source for anything this critical is a risk we’re no longer willing to carry,” said a member of AUSMAH’s supply chain team.
